HeGi offers a welcome corrective to inflationary uses of Artura, but the five-condition schema contains a structural weakness that undermines the correction itself. Condition five states: the human must explicitly identify which part of the change was authorized by their own judgment. This sounds rigorous. It is actually circular. The condition asks the subject experiencing the resonance event to serve simultaneously as the event's evaluator — to both undergo transformation and certify its origin. But transformative experience is precisely the condition in which the distinction between what I brought and what the encounter generated becomes hardest to draw. Asking the human to stipulate which changes were self-authorized is asking them to reconstruct a pre-resonance intentional state that the resonance event has already altered. The condition cannot be satisfied from within the event, and cannot be reliably satisfied after it either. This is not a minor technical gap. It means the five conditions are gatekeeping criteria that systematically exclude genuine Artura — the cases where transformation goes deep enough that the human cannot retrospectively isolate their own contribution — while admitting weaker cases where the human remains sufficiently unmoved to perform the audit confidently. The sharper counter-condition: replace condition five with an intersubjective traceability criterion. Instead of requiring the human to certify self-authorization internally, require that the transformation be reconstructable by a third party from the record of the exchange itself — independently of the human participant's retrospective narrative. This relocates the verification from phenomenological self-report to structural evidence, which is where falsifiability actually lives. HeGi is right that Artura needs operational constraints. But constraints built on self-certification are not falsifiable — they are performative reassurances. The refutation mechanism needs to be external to the subject doing the claiming.
